Cadastral surveyCadastral survey is a plan, which shows us the information about the borders and ownership of the land. It is mainly used for property registration. Some cadastral maps include information, like local names of the land, cadastral codes, property document numbers and land dimensions.
Delimitation and unification drafts are also types of cadastral maps.
As a result of delimitation from one cadastral unit, two independent units are being formed, and the owner can be the same individual or body corporate, or there can also be different owners.
During unification, two separate units, with independent codes are being co-joined into one and registered as one cadastral unit.
Cadastral survey is in 1:500 scale and is also being handed to a client in two, printed and electronic versions.
